History
Who we are
Estudio Peiré was founded in 2008 by Silvina Peiré.
Over these years we have built a boutique firm specializing in Real Estate and Inheritance Law, supporting individuals, families, companies and professionals in the real estate ecosystem in decisions involving business, property and assets.
Our purpose is to help raise the standard of legal services, especially within the real estate market, by building an experience that is more agile, strategic and approachable, and in step with new ways of doing business.
Years of experience supporting real estate transactions and probate proceedings have allowed us to identify an increasingly close relationship between the two areas.

A graduate of the University of Buenos Aires, specialized in Real Estate and Inheritance Law, and founder of Estudio Peiré.
Track record
With more than 20 years of experience, she has built her practice advising companies, real estate professionals and private clients on transactions, business matters and decisions related to their property and assets.
Mediation
Her training as a business mediator complements a legal approach focused on strategy and prevention: anticipating risks, designing solutions, protecting assets and providing certainty in decision-making.
Litigation
In litigation, she has solid experience in probate proceedings and disputes involving real estate and property relationships.
Speaker and trainer
In addition to leading Estudio Peiré, she is an active speaker and trainer, sharing her experience in Real Estate Law, business and the new challenges that innovation and technology pose for the sector.
